I took this course for the success and achievement aspects of the program. The first thing I noticed is my excrutiating back pain disappeared! Stress relief is a huge benefit of this program. I had been suffering for over 20 years from a compression fractured vertebrae and it was getting worse. I almost considered back surgery (my last resort) because the pain was worsening.
